I am at a shoot, talking about tortillas, all the different kinds of tortillas there are. I love certain type of tortillas with certain types of food. ALWAYS with Mexican food, never use them as "wraps." I'm not a fan of wraps.

Must be yellow, not white, and not blue. These are best when eating beans, best for quesadillas and best with chicken dishes, and stews.
Flour tortillas, homemade preferabl. These are best with pork dishes, carne con chile, good with steak fajitas, ground beef dishes.Now when my family makes homemade flour tortillas, I love to heat up a fresh flour tort and melt butter on it, roll it up and eat it, just butter. I love butter.
